-passenger/crew doors : output transistor in the on state (target near the proximity switch corresponds to the armed state of the slide).
-emergency exits : output transistor in the on state (target near the proximity switch corresponds to the disarmed state of the slide).

4. Power Supply

R **ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-149, 151-199, 201-299, 401-499,
The proximity switches detect :
-
the position of the control handle of the passenger/crew doors,
-
the position of the flap of the emergency exits,
-
the armed or disarmed state of the escape slides of the passenger/crew
doors and emergency exits. The Emergency Power Supply Units (EPSU) 13WL supply these proximity switches 17WV1(2) with 6VDC. The battery bus bar 301PP or the hot bus bar 702PP will directly supply the proximity switches 17WV1(2) with 28VDC:
-when the EPSU 13WL cannot supply them with 6VDC, - or in the conditions that follow: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------AIRCRAFT DC POWER | AIRCRAFT AC POWER | EMER EXIT LT SW 4WL | EPSU PIN

The proximity switches detect :
-
the position of the control handle of the passenger/crew doors and emergency exits,
-
the armed or disarmed state of the escape slides of the passenger/crew
