R R R (6) If the clearances J2 and J3 are not in the tolerances and if the access door (2) is not correctly installed on its frame, do the adjustment below:
R (a) Lightly loosen the nuts (10).
R (b) Modify the position of the ramp (9).
R (c) Tighten the nuts (10).
R (d) Remove the paste from the recess of the ramp (9).
R (7) Door open, make sure that the spacer (2) move freely.
R (8) Take a dynamometer 20 m.daN
R (9) Make sure that :
R R (a) The closing load at the center of the acces door (4) is between 9 daN (20.2328 lbf) to 12 daN (26.9770 lbf).
R R (b) The opening load a the forward extremity of the access door (4) is less than 10 daN (22.4808 lbf).
R (c) The door opening angle is more than 90 degrees.
