A. Installation of the door 192MB.
(1)
Put the door (8) in position in its frame on the hinge side.
(2)
Install the spring fitting (11) on the door (8).
(3)
Apply BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-001) in the housing of the screws (16).

(4) Install the cup washers (13), the washers (15) , the bolts (2) and
(16) and the nuts (3).
NOTE : Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (2), the
____ cup washers (13) and the nuts (3). (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004)
(5) Tighten the nuts (3).
(6) Engage the spring (9) on the door frame fitting (1).

B. Adjustment of the Proximity Switch (10).
(1)
Loosen the nut (4) and the locknut (6) of the stop screw (7).
(2)
Adjust the stop screw (7) so that it touches the proximity switch
(10) before the door (8) is closed.
(3)
Make sure that when the door is fully closed, the light is off.
(4)
Open the door (8).
(5)
Retract the stop screw by 2.5 +0.2 -0.2 mm (0.0984 +0.0078 -0.0078 in.).
(6)
Tighten the nut (4) and the locknut (6) on the support fitting (5).
(7)
Safety the nut (4) and the locknut (6) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

A. Installation of the Door 192MB.
(1) Assembly of the door (4):
(a)
Put in position the pin (13) and install the axis (16) with the pin (17), the washers (14) and the new cotter pin (15).
(b)
Install the stop contactor (21) with the locknut (20), the washers (19) and the nut (18) on the support fitting (5).

(2)
Hold the door in position and install the screws (9), the washers (7) and the new nuts (6) and tighten the nuts (6).
