R (2) Remove the knurled sleeve nut (4) and the spacer (3) from the spy
R hole (1).
R (3) Remove the spy hole (1) from the milled disk (2) of the cockpit door

R (1) Clean the mating area of the milled disk (2) and the flange of the
R spy hole(1) with the CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and the
R lint-free cloth, MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003).
R (2) Apply three points of the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material
R No. 08-001) or the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-
R 10A) to the mating area of the milled disk (2) and the flange of the
R spy hole (1).
R (3) Put the spy hole (1) from the cabin side into the milled disk (2) of
R the cockpit door (5).

R (4) Install the spacer (3) and the knurled sleeve nut (4) on the spy hole
R (1).
R (5) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
R (6) Tighten the knurled sleeve nut (4).
