-Remove the proximity switch of the avionics-compartment access door (Ref. TASK 52-71-14-000-001).
-Install this proximity switch on the applicable emergency exit (Ref. TASK 52-71-13-400-001).

4. Procedure

A. Visual Check to Make Sure that the Avionics-Compartment Access Door is Correctly Closed
(1)
With the door open, move the handle so as to operate the locking system.
(2)
Make sure that the locks get out of their housing and operate correctly.
(3)
Put the handle in the door open position.
(4) Close the avionics-compartment access door and lock it. Subtask 52-70-00-970-056
B. Entry in the Log Book.
(1) Make an entry in the aircraft log book to record that:
-
the AVIONICS indication is defective on the lower ECAM DU
-
the avionics-compartment access door(s) are closed and locked.
5. Close-up
