If it is necessary to adjust the access door (2):
(a)
Remove the access panel 197BB as necessary (Ref. TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
(b)
Loosen the screws (31).
(c)
Adjust the latch hooks (30) until you get the correct values.
(d)
Tighten the screws (31).
(4)
Make sure that it is possible to open and close the access door (2) correctly.
(5)
Make sure that the latch assemblies are correctly locked and that the access door (2) makes a continues surface with the skin of the aircraft.

(1)
Carefully close and lock the access door (2).
(2)
Make sure that the values of the permitted contour offset and the gap between the access door (2) and the panel 197KB are in the limits. (Ref. Fig. 402B/TASK 52-42-25-991-002-B)
(3)
If it is necessary to adjust the access door (2):
(a)
Remove the access panel 197KB as necessary (Ref. TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
(b)
Loosen the screws (31).
(c)
Adjust the latch hooks (30) until you get the correct values.
(d)
Tighten the screws (31).
(4)
Make sure that it is possible to open and close the access door (2) correctly.

(5) Make sure that the latch assemblies are correctly locked and that the access door (2) makes a continues surface with the skin of the aircraft.

_______ The cockpit door is installed between FR13 and FR14 in zone 220 and divides the cockpit from the passenger cabin. The cockpit door also has a Cockpit Door Lock System (CDLS) to open it electrically.
