A. Removal of the Keypad
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 52-51-15-991-002)
(1)
Open the access panel (1) of the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH.
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the keypad (3).
(3)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(4)
Remove the screws (5) and the keypad (3) from the mounting bracket (4).
(5)
Close the access panel (1) of the FAP 120RH.

A. Installation of the Keypad:
(1)
If necessary, open the Forward Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH.
(2)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5)
Put the keypad (1) in position on the mounting bracket.
(6)
Install the screws (3) to attach the keypad (1).
(7)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(8)
Connect the electrical connector (2) to the keypad (1).
(9) Close the FAP.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1MQ.

C. Do the operational test of the emergency access to make sure that the keypad operates correctly (Ref. TASK 52-51-00-710-003).

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
