(b)
Deburr all the edges.
(2)
Prepare the damaged area for bonding as follows:
(a)
Remove the burrs from the aluminium profile (3).
(b)
Use the protection plate (4) as a template to give the limits of the adhesive area on the aluminium profile.
(c)
Use the adhesive tape to show the limits of the bonded area.
(d)
Rub the mating surfaces with the abrasive cloth grade 80 to 150 to get good surfaces for the bond.
(e)
Clean the surfaces.

1_ Clean the mating surfaces with a lint-free cotton cloth
MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) and the CLEANING AGENTS
(Material No. 11-003).

Bond the protection plate (4) as follows:
(a)
Apply the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-051) on the adhesive surface. Make sure that the adhesive fills the damaged surface.
(b)
Let the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-051) cure. Use the adhesive tape to hold the protection plate (4) in position as the adhesive cures.

Clean the repaired area as follows: WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE

Check the adjustment of the aisle light dimming switch 310LG (Ref. TASK 33-21-12-400-001).
