Release the spring (3) from the frame fitting.

Hold the door (2).

Retain the spring fitting (5).

Remove the door (2).

Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Installation of the HP Air Ground Connector
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 52-42-16-991-001)
(1)
Put the door (2) and the hinge (4) in position on the door frame.
(2)
Install the spring fitting (5) on the hinge (4).

(3) Install the bolts (1) and the nuts (6) and tighten them. NOTE : Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (1) and
____ (6) on each side of the hinge (4) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

B. Check of the Door Opening/Closing

Open and close the door.
(2)
Make sure that the door operate correctly.
