Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) 10HL-B, (2) 10HL-C, (3) 10HL-A, (23) 10HL-E and (26) 10HL-D.

Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

Remove the bolts (22), the washers (21) and (where fitted) the washers (24).

From outside the aircraft remove the screws (7). NOTE : Identify the screws for the installation procedure.

Outflow valve removal: WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a) Lift and carefully remove the outflow valve (5). NOTE : The outflow valve weighs approx. 12.5 kg (27.5577 lb).
____ Make sure that you do not damage the gasket (6) and that the location pins (8) stay with the outflow valve.

Remove the bolt (27), the washer (28) and disconnect the bonding straps (4) and (11).
(2)
Release the quick-release fastners (12) and remove the grill (9).
(3)
Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) 10HL-B, (2) 10HL-C, (3) 10HL-A, (23) 10HL-E and (26) 10HL-D.
(4)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(5)

In the zone 312, disconnect and remove the 600 ohm boomset from the service interphone jack 13RJ.
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Install the access panel 312AR.
(4)
Remove the access platform from the zone 312.
(5)
In the cockpit on the CAPT jack panel, disconnect and remove the 600 ohm headset.
