(8) Only if a new intercooler is installed: S Remove air temperature sensor from old intercooler. S Install air temperature sensor to new intercooler. Discard seal. Use a new seal.
(9) Connect the electrical connections at the manifold temperature sensor. On the outlet pipe to the engine inlet manifold.
(10) Refill coolant in coolant expansion tank. Refer to Section 75-01.
(11) Install the engine cowlings. Refer to Section 71-11.
(12) Do an engine run-up. Refer to Section 71-01.

1. General
This Chapter contains the wiring diagrams for each system. The wiring diagrams use the ATA % Chapter/Section numbering system. Wiring diagrams that drawing numbers start with DA4- are for the % DA 40 with Lycoming engine and wiring diagrams that drawing numbers that start with D4D- are for % the DA 40 with the Diesel engine and listed at the end of the table.
