Foreword
前言
Only those components that are listed in the latest revision of the Capability List, are authorized to be overhauled, repaired, inspected/tested or modified and would be returned to service with EASA Form 1. Any new component can not be returned to service until the capability gets EASA's approval.
The approval for a specific part number is also valid for part numbers with higher dash numbers if the demands to personal qualification, tools and equipment are the same.
只有列在被批准的最新能力清单中的附件可以进行翻修，修理， 检测或改装，并使用EASA表格进行最终放行。新的附件只能在1该能力获得EASA批准后才能放行。
如果那些具有不同尾号的附件对于人员资格、工具设备的要求是相同的，那么对于其中某一个件号的批准同样适用于其它尾号的件号。
