 5) Push LSK 4L (<71 EPCS).
 a) Make sure the RP indication shows on the auxiliary
 EICAS display.
 6) Make sure the RP for the applicable engine shows between 96
 and 104 percent.
 (j)  Open the applicable circuit breaker, ENG X T/R CONT, on the P6
 panel.
 NOTE: The EICAS advisory message, ENG X REVERSER, will show____
 5 seconds after the ENG X T/R CONT circuit breaker is
 opened. The message will go off when the ENG X T/R CONT
 circuit breaker is closed.
 (k)  Close the applicable circuit breaker, ENG X T/R CONT.
 NOTE: The thrust reverser must not move.____

WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO PERSONS OR EQUIPMENT IN THE AREA
 AROUND THE THRUST REVERSERS.  THE STEPS THAT FOLLOW WILL
 CAUSE THE THRUST REVERSERS TO RETRACT, WHICH CAN CAUSE

 INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (l)  Put the applicable reverse thrust lever back to stow, to put the thrust reverser back to the stowed position. 1) Make sure the EICAS REV green indication changes to REV
 amber while the thrust reverser sleeves move.
 2)  Make sure the EICAS REV amber indication goes off when the thrust reverser is in the stowed position and the interlock actuator is locked.
 (m)  Look at the EPCS Maintenance Page on the EICAS (use the steps above) to make sure the RP shows between -4 and 4 percent.

 (11) Do a test of the air/ground relay with the steps that follow:
 (a)  Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 1)  On the P7 panel: a) 7F22 LANDING GEAR DSP & CONT PRI b) 7H8 GND SAFETY RELAY c) 7F23 LANDING GEAR DISP & CONT ALTN
 WARNING: MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO PERSONS OR EQUIPMENT IN THE AREA
_______ AROUND THE THRUST REVERSERS. THE STEPS THAT FOLLOW MAY CAUSE THE THRUST REVERSERS TO EXTEND, WHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (b)  
Put the reverse thrust lever(s) for the applicable engine(s) in the reverse thrust position.

 (c)  
Visually examine the thrust reverser(s) on the applicable engine(s) to make sure they did not extend.

 WARNING: MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO PERSONS OR EQUIPMENT IN THE AREA
_______ AROUND THE THRUST REVERSERS. THE STEPS THAT FOLLOW WILL CAUSE THE THRUST REVERSERS TO EXTEND, WHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (d)  
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

 1)  On the P7 panel: a) 7F22 LANDING GEAR DSP & CONT PRI b) 7H08 GND SAFETY RELAY c) 7F23 LANDING GEAR DISP & CONT ALTN

 (e)  
Visually examine the thrust reverser(s) on the applicable engine(s) to make sure they extended.

(f)  Put the applicable reverse thrust lever(s) back to the stow position.
 NOTE: The thrust reverser will retract.

 (12) Do a check of the extension and retraction time of the thrust reverser.
 WARNING: MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO PERSONS OR EQUIPMENT IN THE AREA
_______ AROUND THE THRUST REVERSERS. THE STEPS THAT FOLLOW WILL CAUSE THE THRUST REVERSERS TO EXTEND, WHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (a)  Move the applicable reverse thrust lever to the full reverse position.
 NOTE: Be prepared to time the extension of the thrust reverser

 (b)  Make a record of the time for the thrust reverser to fully extend.
 NOTE: The deployment time must not be more than 3.0 seconds
____ from the stowed to the fully deployed position.
 (c)
