A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Put the warning notices on panel 25VU to tell persons not to start the APU.
(2)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(3)
Make sure that the hydraulic systems are depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

B. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform below the access doors 312AR.
(2)
Open the access door 312AR.
(3)
Set the LIGHT control switch 3LJ to the ON position.
(4)
Put the access platform below the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR and the maintenance door 314AR.
(5)
Open the maintenance door 314AR.
(6)
Open the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(7)
Set the LIGHT control swtich 11LJ to the ON position.

Remove the air intake flap (Ref. TASK 49-16-43-000-001) Subtask 49-16-41-865-073

A. Removal of the fixed Diverter
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 49-16-41-991-006)
(1)
Remove the sealant from the screws (1) and washers (2) with a non-metallic scraper.
(2)
Remove the screws (1) and the washers (2).
(3)
Remove the nuts (5), the washers (6) and the screws (4).
(4)
Remove the screws (7) and the washers (8).
(5)
Remove the screws (9) and the washers (10), (11).
(6)
Remove the sealant around the fixed diverter (12) with a non-metallic scraper.
(7)
Remove the fixed diverter (12) and the shim (3).
