Attach the rear APU mount-bracket (31) to the APU with the bolts (30).
(c)
TORQUE the bolts (30) to between 2.6 and 3.0 m.daN (19.17 and
22.12 lbf.ft).
(d)
Safety the bolts (30) with lockwire-corrosion resistant steel
0.63 mm (0.0248 in.).
(e)
Put the rear vibration isolator (23) in position on the rear APU mount-bracket (31).
(f)
Remove the thread protector and install the rear APU mount-nut (29). Do not tighten the nut at this step of the procedure.
(g)
Connect the rear vibration isolator (23) to the tie-rods (28) and (22).
1_ Align the rear left tie-rod (28) with the rear vibration
isolator (23) and insert the bolts (27).
2_ Install the washers (26) and the nuts (25) to the bolts (27).
3_ TORQUE the nuts (25) to between 0.3 and 0.35 m.daN (26.54 and
30.97 lbf.in).
4_ Safety the nuts (25) with the cotter pin (24).
5_ Align the rear right tie-rod (22) with the rear vibration
isolator (23) and insert the bolt (21).
6_ Install the washer (20) and the nut (19) to the bolt (21).
7_ TORQUE the nut (19) to between 0.55 and 0.75 m.daN (48.67 and
66.37 lbf.in).
8_ Safety the nut (19) with the cotter pin (18).
9_ Hold the rear vibration isolator (23) to prevent movement and
TORQUE the rear APU mount nut (29) to between 7.7 and 8.5
m.daN (56.78 and 62.68 lbf.ft).

D. Apply a thin layer of SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-027) to the rear vibration isolator (23).

Set the light switch 11LJ to off.
(3)
Close the APU access doors 316AR, 315AL (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001) .

Remove the access platform(s).
