C. Reactivation of the Air Intake Flap
(1)
Do the trouble shooting procedure for the air intake flap-actuator 4015KM (Ref.TSM 49).
(2)
Do the inspection of the air intake system (Ref. TASK 49-16-00-200-002).
(3)
Remove the warning notice from the cockpit.
(4)
Make an entry in the logbook to show that the air intake flap is reactivated.
5. Close-up

(1)
Put the catwalk panel in position on the service frame and secure with the fasteners.
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Close the maintenance door 314AR.

A. Deactivation of the Air Intake Flap
(1)
Release the fasteners and remove the catwalk panel from the service frame.
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connectors 7527VC-A and 7527VC.
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector 7527VC-A from the connector 7527VC.
(b)
Put a blanking cap on the electrical connector 7527VC-A.
(c)
Attach the electrical connector 7527VC-A to the air intake structure with a cable-tie.
(3)
Open the air intake flap manually if it is not in the fully open position.
