Hold the pump (6) in position on the structure, and install the four bolts (18). Connect the bonding jumper (17) at the same time.
R (4) Install the new nuts (14) and tighten.

If the new nuts (14) are not available, do a breakaway torque check of each nut. The minimum breakaway torque value must be 0.04 m.daN (3.5398 lbf.in). If the breakaway torque value is less than the limit, replace the nut(s).
(6)
Remove the blanking plugs from the hydraulic line end-fittings, and the blanking caps from the unions of the pump (6).
(7)
Make sure that the hydraulic line end-fittings are serviceable.
(8)
Apply the HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the threads of the line end-fittings.
(9)
Obey the subsequent installation sequence of the pipes, to make sure that no fluid comes out of the pump.
(a)
Connect the pressure pipe (13) to the outlet port of the pump (6).
(b)
TORQUE the union nut (12) to between 5.4 and 5.9 m.daN (39.82 and
43.51 lbf.ft).
(c)
Connect the seal drain pipe (10) to the pump (6).
(d)
TORQUE the union nut (11) to between 1.5 and 1.7 m.daN (11.06 and
12.53 lbf.ft).
(e)
Connect the case drain pipe (2) to the pump (6).
(f)
TORQUE the union nut (3) to between 2.9 and 3.2 m.daN (21.38 and
23.59 lbf.ft).
(g)
Apply the HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the new O-ring (28).
(h)
Install the new O-ring (28) in the union nut (15).
(i)
Connect the suction pipe (16) to the inlet port of the pump (6).
(j)
TORQUE the union nut (15) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN (71.53 and 78.90 lbf.ft).
(10)
Install the access panel 195AB.
(11)
Connect the air hose (8) to the pump and install and tighten the clamp (7).
(12)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (9) and the receptacle.
(13)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(14)
Connect the electrical connector (9) to the pump (6), and safety it with the lockwire, MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

D. Preparation for the Test
(1)
Do the bleeding procedures of the Blue hydraulic system upstream and downstream of the Blue E-pump (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-870-008) and (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-870-009).
(2)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue Hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3)
Energize the aircraft electrical ciruits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(4)
Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(5)
On the ECAM control panel on the center pedestal, press the HYD pushbutton switch (P/BSW). Make sure that the HYD page is shown on the lower (system) display of the ECAM.
(6)
Make sure that the ECAM does not show any of these conditions;

Low air pressure in the Blue reservoir,
-
Low fluid level in the Blue reservoir.
