Put the two new square-section seals (6) in position on the sides of the bobbins (5) without the identification groove (equipment side).

Put the two new back-up rings (7) in position on the sides of the bobbins (5) with the identification groove (manifold side).
(6)
Put the two new O-rings (8) in position on the sides of the bobbins
(5) with the identification groove (manifold side).
(7)
Install the two bobbins (5) with the identification grooves in the ports of the manifold (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).

B. Installation of the Pressure Relief Valve
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Install the pressure relief valve (1) on the manifold.
(4)
Install the bolts (2) and the washers (3).
(5)
TORQUE the bolts (2) to between 1.6 and 1.8 m.daN (11.79 and 13.27 lbf.ft).
(6)
Connect the bonding jumper (8) to the pressure relief valve (1) and install the bolt (6), the washer (7) and the nut (9).
(7)
Tighten the nut (9).
(8)
Seal the connection of the bonding jumper (8) with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-013).
(9)
Apply STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-003) (dyed blue) to the sealant.

C. Test
(1)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
Make sure that the fluid level in the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
(3)
Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(4)
Examine the connection of the pressure relief valve (1) and the manifold and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5)
Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.

Remove the container.
(2)
Remove the warning notices from the cockpit and the ground service panel.
