Aircraft Maintenance Configuration

(1)
Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2)
Put the warning notices in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel, - on the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.
(3)
Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration. (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4)
Depressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(5)
Put the containers below the HP manifold of the Blue hydraulic system and the ground leakage-measurement manifold (2146GM) to collect unwanted hydraulic fluid.

A. Removal of the HP Manifold CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connectors (20),(29),(32),(33).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Remove the nut (19), the bolt (15) and the washer (16) and disconnect the bonding jumper (17) from the structural attachment (18).
(4)
Cut and remove the tie wraps as necessary.
(5)
Remove the cable clamps as necessary.
(6)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (47),(74) and remove the pipe (48).
(7)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (6),(77) and remove the pipe (5).
(8)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (10),(72) and remove the pipe (9).
(9)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (59),(75) and remove the pipe (60).
(10) Loosen the pipe end-fittings (56),(70) and remove the pipe (57).

Loosen the pipe end-fittings (65),(78) and remove the pipe (66).

Loosen the pipe end-fitting (52) and disconnect the pipe (53) from the union (51).
(13)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting and disconnect the pipe (53) from the Blue power accumulator 2070GM. Remove the pipe (53).
(14)
Loosen the pipe end-fitting (2) and disconnect the tee-connector (1) from the union (3).
(15)
Remove the two nuts (42) and the two bolts (41).
