Install the two bobbins (14) with the identification grooves in the ports of the manifold (17) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).

Put the two backup-rings (38) in position on the sides of the bobbins (39) without the identification grooves (equipment side).
(i)
Put the two square-section seals (40) in position on the sides of the bobbins (39) without the identification grooves (equipment side).
(j)
Put the two backup-rings (58) in position on the sides of the bobbins (39) with the identification grooves (manifold side).
(k)
Put the two packings (57) in position on the sides of the bobbins
(39) with the identification grooves (manifold side).
(l)
Install the two bobbins (39) with the identification grooves in the port of the manifold (17) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).

(m) Install the HP filter 3048GM as follows:
1_ Put the HP filter 3048GM in the installation position on the
manifold (17).
2_ Install the four washers (37) and the four bolts (35),(36).
3_ TORQUE the four bolts (35),(36) to between 1.6 and 1.8 m.daN
(11.79 and 13.27 lbf.ft).
(n) Install the check valve 3022GM as follows: 1 Apply the HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the new
_ packing (24).
2 Put the new o-ring (24) in position on the check valve 3022GM.

3 Install the check valve 3022GM in port E of the manifold (17).
_
4 TORQUE the check valve 3022GM to between 12.9 and 14.2 m.daN
_
(95.13 and 104.71 lbf.ft).

Install the fluid sampling valve 3187GM (Ref. TASK 29-13-34-400-001).

Install the system pressure switch 3151GN (Ref. TASK 29-32-12-400-003).

Install the flight-control pressure switch 10CE3 (Ref. TASK 27-92-17-400-002).
(r)
Install the hydraulic pressure transducer 3065GN (Ref. TASK 29-32-11-400-003).

Installation of the HP Manifold CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.
CAUTION : YOU MUST INSTALL HYDRAULIC TUBES WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID AS
_______ LUBRICANT.

Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the pipe connections.
(4)
Make sure that the hydraulic line end-fittings are serviceable.
(5)
Apply HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the threads of the
line end-fittings.
(6)
Put the manifold (17) in position on the aircraft and at the same
time install the five distance pieces (21). Hold the manifold (17)
and distance pieces (21) in position.
(7)
Install the five bolts (19) and the washers (20).
(8)
Tighten the bolts (19).
(9)
Connect the tee-connector (1) to the union (3).
(10)
TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (2) to between 12.9 and 14.2 m.daN (95.13 and 104.71 lbf.ft).
(11)
Connect the pipe (25) to the union (27).
(12)
TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (26) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN (71.53 and 78.90 lbf.ft).
(13)
Connect the pipe (22) to the check valve 3022GM.
(14)
TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (23) to between 12.9 and 14.2 m.daN
(95.13 and 104.71 lbf.ft).
(15)
Connect the pipe (29) to the union (31).
(16)
TORQUE the pipe end-fitting (30) to between 7.5 and 8.3 m.daN (55.30 and 61.20 lbf.ft).
(17)
Install the pipe (46) between the tee-connector (44) an the union (48).
(18)
TORQUE the pipe end-fittings (47), (45) to between 7.5 and 8.3 m.daN
