Hold the manifold (26) and remove the two bolts (61) and the two washers (62).

Remove the manifold (26).

Install blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends and the manifold ports.

A. Removal of the HP Manifold CAUTION : USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN
_______ YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES ON UNIONS. IF YOU USE THE SECOND WRENCH, YOU WILL NOT LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE UNION TOO MUCH.

Disconnect the electrical connectors (20),(29),(32),(33).

(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

(3)
Cut and remove the tie wraps as necessary.

(4)
Remove the cable clamps as necessary.

(5)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (47),(74) and remove the pipe (48).

(6)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (6),(77) and remove the pipe (5).

(7)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (10),(72) and remove the pipe (9).

(8)
Loosen the pipe end-fittings (59),(75) and remove the pipe (60).

Loosen the pipe end-fittings (56),(70) and remove the pipe (57).

Loosen the pipe end-fittings (65),(78) and remove the pipe (66).

Loosen the pipe end-fitting (52) and disconnect the pipe (53) from the union (51).

Loosen the pipe end-fitting and disconnect the pipe (53) from the Blue power accumulator 2070GM. Remove the pipe (53).

Loosen the pipe end-fitting (2) and disconnect the tee-connector (1) from the union (3).

Remove the two nuts (42) and the two bolts (41).

(15)
Hold the manifold (26) and remove the two bolts (61) and the two washers (62).

Remove the manifold (26).

(17)
Install blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends and the manifold ports.
