A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
WARNING : OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES._______
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2) Make sure that the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration. (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(3) Make sure that the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is depressurized. (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4) Make sure that the access platform is in position at the access door 197FB.
(5)
Make sure that the access door 197FB is open.
(6)
Make sure that the container is in position below the reservoir.
(7)
Make sure that the warning notices are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Blue hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel, - on the ground service panel of the Blue hydraulic system.

4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Low Level Switch
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking plug from the reservoir (1).
(4)
Lubricate the new O-ring (7) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(5)
Put the O-ring (7) in position on the low level switch (8).
(6)
Put the low level switch (8) in position in the reservoir (1).
(7)
Install the bolts (10) and the washers (9).
(8)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (11) and from the receptacle.

(9) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct
condition.

Connect the electrical connector (11). Subtask 29-12-41-865-059
B.
Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1832GQ, 2701GJ, 2702GJ.
