Remove the blanking plugs.

Lubricate the new O-ring (4) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).

Put the O-ring (4) in position on the check valve (3).
(7)
Install the check valve on the Tee-fitting (5).
(8)
Hold the Tee-fitting (5) and TORQUE the check valve (3) to between
4.32 and 4.61 m.daN (31.85 and 33.99 lbf.ft).
(9)
Apply HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the end fitting (2).
(10)
Connect the pipe (1) to the check valve (3).
(11)
Hold the check valve (3) and TORQUE the end fitting (2) to between
5.4 and 5.9 m.daN (39.82 and 43.51 lbf.ft). Subtask 29-12-36-865-052
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 2701GJ, 2702GJ

C. Test
(1)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
Make sure that the level of fluid in the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
(3)
Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(4)
Examine the connections of the check valve (3) and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5)
Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.

Close Access
(1)
