Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Make sure that the hydraulic line end-fittings are serviceable.
(4)
Remove the blanking plugs.
(5)
Lubricate the new O-ring (2) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(6)
Put the O-ring (2) in position on the check valve (3).
(7)
Install the check valve (3) on the tee-fitting (1).

Hold the Tee-fitting (1) and TORQUE the check valve (3) to between
4.32 and 4.61 m.daN (31.85 and 33.99 lbf.ft).
(9)
Apply HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the end fitting (4).
(10)
Connect the end-fitting (4) to the check valve (3).
(11)
Hold the check valve (3) and TORQUE the end fitting (4) to between
7.5 and 8.3 m.daN (55.30 and 61.20 lbf.ft). Subtask 29-12-38-865-052
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 2701GJ, 2702GJ

C. Test
(1)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(2)
Make sure that the level of fluid in the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
(3)
Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(4)
Examine the connections of the check valve (3) and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5)
Depressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(6)
Do the operational and the functional test of the RAT (Ref. TASK 29-22-00-720-001).
