Remove the adapter (11) and gasket (10) from the control valve (4). 1) Discard the gasket (10).

Remove the plug (13) and gasket (10) from the adjacent port. 1) Discard the gasket (10).
(d)
Remove the bolts (1) that attach the cover (9).
1) Remove the cover (9) from the control valve (4).
(e)
Remove the bolts (1) that attach the bracket (14) and the cover (2). 1) Remove the cover (2) and the bracket (14) from the control
valve (4).

(4) For the right control valve (4), if it is necessary to replace the control valve (4), do the steps that follow:
(a)
ENGINES POST-PW-SB 75-62R2 OR PRE-PW-SB 75-91;
Remove the cap assembly (12) from the adapter (11).
(b)
Remove the adapter (11) and gasket (10) from the control valve (4). 1) Discard the gasket (10).
