 (m)  Clean the surfaces with the Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK). 1) Make the surfaces dry with a clean cloth.
 (n) For the right 2.9 bleed valve, install the 2.9 bleed duct with the steps that follow: 1) Install the 2.9 bleed duct on the 2.9 bleed valve with the ground bracket and the support bracket for the wire bundle. a) Install the ground bracket on the flange of the 2.9 bleed duct found at the 2 to 5 o'clock position. b) Install the support bracket for the wire bundle on the bottom face of the top flange on the 2.9 bleed valve at the 12:30 to 2 o'clock position.
 2)  Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the 2.9 bleed duct, with engine oil.

3) Install the bolts and nuts. a) Tighten the bolts, from one side to the other side, to 75-85 pound-inches (8.5-9.6 newton-meters).
 (o)  For the left 2.9 bleed valve, attach the 2.9 bleed duct with the steps that follow: 1) Install the 2.9 bleed duct on the 2.9 bleed valve with the
 ground bracket, support bracket for the fire detector, and harness support bracket. a) Install the support bracket for the fire detector on
 the flange of the 2.9 bleed duct at the 9 to 12 o'clock position. b) Install the harness support bracket on the flange of the 2.9 bleed duct at the 3 o'clock position. 2) Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the 2.9 bleed duct, with engine oil. 3) Install the bolts and nuts. a) Tighten the bolts, from one side to the other side, to 75-85 pound-inches (8.5-9.6 newton-meters).
 (p)  
Do a check for a maximum resistance of 0.005 ohm between the ground bracket and the top flange of the 2.9 bleed valve (AMM 20-22-01/601).

Return the Aircraft to Its Usual Condition.

 (1)  
Close the thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

 (2)  
Close the core cowl panel (AMM 71-11-06/201).

 (3)  
Close the fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-04/201).

 3) 6D3 OIL PRESS ENG 3
 4) 6D4 OIL PRESS ENG 4
 5) 6L10 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 1
 6) 6L11 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 2
 7) 6L12 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 3
 8) 6L13 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 4

 (b)  P180 DC Power Distribution Panel
 1) 180C8 GCU 1
 or
 180M4 GCU 1
 2) 180C9 GCU 2
 or
 180M5 GCU 2
 3) 180C10 GCU 3
 or
 180M6 GCU 3
 4) 180C11 GCU 4
 or
 180M7 GCU 4
 5) 180C12 GEN DRIVE DISC 1
