(4) For the applicable engine, open these circuit breakers and install the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

2) 6G15 SCU ALT PWR ENG 1
3) 6G23 ENG SCU 1
4) 6G2 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 2
5) 6G16 SCU ALT PWR ENG 2
6) 6G24 ENG SCU 2
7) 6G3 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 3
8) 6G17 SCU ALT PWR ENG 3
9) 6G25 ENG SCU 3
10) 6G4 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE ENG 4
11) 6G18 SCU ALT PWR ENG 4
12) 6G26 ENG SCU 4

(5) Open the left fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-04/201).

(8) Open the left thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

E. Procedure
S 024-047-N00
(1)
Remove the actuator for the 2.5 bleed valve:
(a)
Remove the No. 5 segment of the fan exit liner (AMM 72-34-03/401).
(b)
Disconnect the EEC electrical connector (4) from the receptacle on the actuator (1). 1) Install protection caps to the EEC electrical connector (4)
and the receptacle on the actuator (1).
(c)
Put a container below the actuator (1) to catch the remaining fuel.
NOTE: Approximately 1/2 pint (1/4 liter) of fuel will drain
____
from the actuator.
(d)
Disconnect the coupling nut of the drain tube (11) from the union (12).
(e)
Disconnect the coupling nuts of the servo fuel supply tube (9) and the servo fuel return tube (10) from the adapters (7, 8) on the actuator (1).
(f)
Remove the support bracket for the actuator with the steps that follow: 1) ENGINES PRE-PW-SB 75-126;
Remove the three bolts and nuts which attach the support bracket to the bracket on the flange E.
