A. If the BITE test gives the maintenance message VHF 3 : NO DATA FROM CONTROL SOURCE:
- replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 2 (1RG2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).

- replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 2 (1RG2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the COM 1 DATA OUTPUT signal, (from RMP 2 (1RG2) pins A/<P, <Q to the first terminal block) (Ref. ASM 23-13/02).

A. If the BITE test gives the maintenance message RMP1/2/3 (1RG1/2/3)/HF1 (3RE1)
- replace the XCVR-HF, 1 (3RE1) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the RMP-COM/NAV FREQ SEL, 1 (1RG1) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring (from the HF1 transceiver (3RE1) to the RMP1 (1RG1)) of the FREQ SELECT INPUT PORT A signal (from pins AB/3E, 3F to pins A/p, q) (Ref. ASM 23-13/02).
