4. Fault Isolation

A. If a fault of the monitored PCU is confirmed:
- replace the PCU (20xMKxx), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-12-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the SEAT ELECTRONIC BOX (100MKxx) (SEB) which controls the defective PCU (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-46-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-46-400-001).

- do a check and repair as necessary the wiring between (Ref. ASM 23-33/03):
- the PCU (20xMKxx) connector P2/1 (P3/1, P4/1) and the SEB (100MKxx) connector P1/9 (P1/12, P1/14).
- the PCU (20xMKxx) connector P2/4 (P3/4, P4/4) and the SEB (100MKxx) connector P1/10 (P1/13, P1/15).
- the PCU (20xMKxx) connector P2/2 (P3/2, P4/2) and the SEB (100MKxx) connector P1/2 (P1/5, P1/7).
- the PCU (20xMKxx) connector P2/3 (P3/3, P4/3) and the SEB (100MKxx) connector P1/1 (P1/4, P1/6).
- the PCU (20xMKxx) connector P2/5 (P3/5, P4/5) and the SEB (100MKxx) connector P1/3 (P1/11, P1/8).

R A. If the test gives a different maintenance message, do the trouble R shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
B. If the test gives the maintenance message DEF LAY or INV LAY:
- replace the pes main multiplexer (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-31-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-33-31-400-001).
C. Do the test as given in Para. 3.
