- make sure that there is continuity on the feedline between the HF 1 coupler (4RE1) and the HF antenna (5RE) (Ref. ASM 23-11/01).
- repair the HF 1 feeder (6RE1) if necessary

(2) If the fault continues:
- make sure that the bonding contact resistance between the antenna and the fuselage structure is not higher than 5 milliohms (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-005).
(3) If the fault continues:
- replace the ANTENNA-HF (5RE) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-11-400-001).

A. If the test gives the maintenance message HF1 CPLR (4RE1)/FEEDER (6RE1)/ANTENNA (5RE)
- replace the COUPLER-HF, 1 (4RE1) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-36-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-36-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- remove the HF 1 coupler

- replace the COUPLER-HF, 2 (4RE2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-36-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-36-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- remove the HF 2 coupler
- make sure that there is continuity on the feedline between the HF 2 coupler (4RE2) and the HF antenna (5RE) (Ref. ASM 23-11/02).
- repair the HF 2 feeder (6RE2) if necessary
