- replace the XCVR-VHF, 2 (1RC2), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-400-001).
(b) If there is no 28DC:
- do a check for a ground signal at pin AB/3D of the VHF 2 transceiver (1RC2) (Ref. ASM 23-12/02).
1 If there is no ground signal:
_
- repair the wiring between the VHF 2 transceiver pin AB/3D and the ground terminal (Ref. ASM 23-12/02).
2 If there is a ground signal:
_
- do a check of the wiring between the VHF 2 transceiver pin AC/2 and the circuit breaker 2RC2 (Ref. ASM 23-12/02).
a If there is no continuity:
_ - repair the above wiring.
b If there is continuity:
_
- replace the circuit breaker 2RC2.
(2) If the circuit breaker is open:
- close it.
(a) If it opens again:
- replace the VHF 2 transceiver (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-400-001).
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check for a short-to-ground at the wiring between the VHF 2 transceiver pin AC/2 and the circuit breaker 2RC2 (Ref. ASM 23-12/02).
a If there is a short-to-ground:
_ - repair the related wiring

A. If the test gives the maintenance message VHF1 ANTENNA (4RC1)/COAX:
- replace the XCVR-VHF, 1 (1RC1), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the ANTENNA-VHF, 1 (4RC1), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-11-400-001).
R R (2) If the fault continues: - do a check and repair the coaxial from the VHF 1transceiver (1RC1) to the VHF 1 antenna (4RC1) (Ref. ASM 23-12/01) and (Ref. ESPM 204416W01).
