4. Fault Isolation
_______________
**ON A/C 001-049, 101-105, 151-199,
A. If the test gives the maintenance message HF 2 NO DATA FROM CFDIU:
- replace the XCVR-HF, 2 (3RE2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the BUS 2 OUTPUT signal,(from the HF 2 transceiver (3RE2) pins AB/4A, 4B to the first terminal block)(Ref. ASM 31-32/03).
R **ON A/C 051-099, 201-210, 301-399, 401-499,
A. If the test gives the maintenance message CFDIU (1TW)/HF2 (3RE2):
- replace the XCVR-HF, 2 (3RE2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the BUS 2 OUTPUT signal (from the HF 2 transceiver (3RE2) pins AB/4A, 4B to the first terminal block)(Ref. ASM 31-32/03).

A. If the test gives the maintenance message HF1 CPLR (4RE1):
- replace the COUPLER-HF, 1 (4RE1) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-36-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-36-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- remove the HF 1 coupler
