A. If the test gives the maintenance message
ICAO ADDRESS/HF 2 (3RE2):
- remove the XCVR-HF, 2 (3RE2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-000-001)
- do a check and repair if necessary the wiring of the pin program of the XCVR-HF, 2 (3RE2) (Ref. AWM 23-11-07)
- install the XCVR-HF, 2 (3RE2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-400-001)
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the XCVR-HF, 2 (3RE2) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-11-33-400-001).

- do a check of the circuit breaker (2RC1) status.
(1) If the circuit breaker is closed: R - do a check for 28DC at pin AC/2 of the VHF 1 transceiver (1RC1) R (Ref. ASM 23-12/01).
R (a) If there is 28DC:
- replace the XCVR-VHF, 1 (1RC1), (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-12-33-400-001).

- do a check for a ground signal at pin AB/3D of the VHF 1 transceiver (1RC1) (Ref. ASM 23-12/01).
1 If there is no ground signal:

- repair the wiring between the VHF 1 transceiver pin AB/3D and the ground terminal (Ref. ASM 23-12/01).
2 If there is a ground signal:
_
- do a check of the wiring between the VHF 1 transceiver pin AC/2 and the circuit breaker 2RC1 (Ref. ASM 23-12/01).
