A. If the BITE test of the video system gives the maintenance message: VTR X
- do the BITE test of the video system again (Ref. AMM TASK 23-36-00-740-002).
4. Fault Isolation

A. Maintenance Action
(1) If the BITE test gives the maintenance message: VTR X
- replace the related VIDEO TAPE REPRODUCER (12MH), or the VTR2 (MH13), or the VTR3 (MH14) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-36-52-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-36-52-400-001).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the related aircraft wiring between:
- the VTR1 (12MH) connector J1/53 and the SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT (11MH) connector J1B/56,
- J1/54 and J1B/55,
- J1/3 and the C/B (21MH),
- J1/4 and ground, (Ref. ASM 23-36/01)
- or
- the VTR2 (13MH) connector J1/53 and the SCU (11MH) connector J1B/58,
- J1/54 and J1B/57,
- J1/3 and the C/B (21MH),
- J1/4 and ground, (Ref. ASM 2336/01)

- the VTR3 (14MH) connector J1/53 and the SCU (11MH) connector J1B/60,
- J1/54 and J1B/59,
- J1/3 and the C/B (21MH),
- J1/4 and ground, (Ref. ASM 2336/01).
(3) If the fault continues:
- replace the VIDEO CONTROL,CENTER (10MH)
