A. Operational Test of the Damper and Emergency-Operation Cylinder for Correct Operation.
(1) Check the correct operation as follows:
(a) At the end of the door opening, damping is correct when there is no hard impact of the buffer on the aircraft structure. The operator must feel the door damping and the correct engagement of the door locking hook (door in the open position).
