A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
R R (2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
R R R R R R (3) On the AIR COND panel 30VU: - make sure that the ENG 1(2) BLEED pushbutton switch is released (the OFF legend is on) - make sure that the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is released (the ON legend is off) - make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to operate the pneumatic system.
R R (4) On the ENG panel 115VU: - make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).
R R (5) On the HP ground connector: - make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
R R R R (6) On the ENG section of the panel 50VU: - make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR 1(2) pushbutton switch is off - make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC system.
(7) Make sure that the access platform is in position at the pylon access.

R Subtask 36-11-15-420-050
R A. Installation of the Bleed Transferred Pressure Transducer
R (1) Install a new packing (4) on the coupling (6).
R (2) Connect the coupling (6) to the pressure transducer (7).
R (3) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
R (4) Remove the blanking plug from the line (5) end.
R (5) Put the pressure transducer (7) in position on the support (8).
R R NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union when you____ disconnect/connect the pneumatic sense lines to the union.
R R (6) Install the screws (3) and the washers (2) on the pressure transducer (7) and tighten them.
R (7) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the pressure transducer (7).
R R (8) Connect the sense line (5) to the coupling (6) and TORQUE the nut to 141.6 lbf.in (1.60 m.daN).

(2) Close these access doors : FOR 7HA1 415AL, 415AR FOR 7HA2 425AL, 425AR
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the warning notice(s).
