B. Safety Precautions
(1)
Make sure that the engine 1(2) shut down occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(2)
Put a warning notice(s) on the panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).
(3)
In the cockpit:
-
put warning notice(s) to tell persons not to operate the pneumatic system,
-
put warning notice(s) to tell persons not to operate the slats.
(4)
On the ENG section of the maintenance panel 50VU:
-make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR 1(2) pushbutton switch is off,
-put a warning notice(s) to tell persons not to operate the FADEC 1(2).

Open the access doors on the wings and belly fairings:

(b)
For the right wing and belly fairing: 621AB, 621CB, 621EB, 621BT, 192BT 192CT.

Open the access doors on the pylon:
