Install a new two-piece seal (87) in the duct assembly (82) (Ref. TASK 20-26-00-910-002).
(2)
Carefully put the duct assembly (82) through the tube assemblies (80) and (81). Put into position with the duct assembly (104).
(3)
Connect the bonding lead (86) with the bolt (83), the washer (85) and the nut (84) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(4)
Connect the bonding lead (86) and (94) with the bolt (91), the washer
(92) and the nut (93) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

E. installation of the Bleed Air Ducts between the Slat Track 1 and the Intermediate Rib
(Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 36-11-48-991-011-A, 403/TASK 36-11-48-991-012)
NOTE : You must not install the bleed-air ducts (between the slat track 1
____ and the intermediate rib) before you fit the duct assembly (82).
(1)
Put the tube assembly (23) into position on the aircraft.
(2)
Install the duct assembly (24).
(3)
Install the bolts (28), the facing washers (27) and the insulation washers (26).
(4)
Connect the bonding straps (30) and (25) with the bolt (33), the washer (32) and the nut (31) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
NOTE : It is recommended that seal type ABS1040 is installed. Refer
____ to SIL for data (Ref. SIL 36-036) and alternative seals if ABS1040 is not available.

Install a new two-piece seal (34) in the duct assembly (45)
(Ref. TASK 20-26-00-910-002).
(6)
Carefully put the duct assembly (45) through the tube assembly (44) and into position with the duct assembly (24).
(7)
Install the rib assembly (47) with the bolts (48) and the nuts (49).
(8)
Install a new two-piece seal (60) and a new two-piece seal (61) in the connector assembly (56) (Ref. TASK 20-26-00-910-002).

Install the connector assembly (56) into the intermediate rib and the duct assembly (45).
(10)
Install the bolts (57), the facing washers (58) and the insulation washers (59).
(11)
Connect the bonding strap (30) to the duct assembly (45) with:

-
the nut (38) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

Make sure that the clamps (75) and (79) are installed in the correct positions.

Connect the bonding straps (65) and (66) to the sleeve assembly (76) with:

Apply a layer of STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-007) to these items:
