 (12) Tighten the nuts (3), (6), (9) and (12) with your hand.
 (13) Connect the hoses (1) and (2) to the pipes (7) and (8).
 (14) Tighten the nuts (3), (6), (9) and (12) and safety with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

R  C. Functional Test of the MLG Lockstay Actuating Cylinder 
R R  NOTE : If the lockstay brace tool is used, the aircraft can stay on____ wheels for the functional test. 
R R  (1) If the LOCKSTAY BRACE TOOL (DRT 68864) is available: 
R  (a) Install the brace tool (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-480-001). 
R R  (b) Do a functional test of the MLG Lockstay Actuating Cylinder (Ref. TASK 32-31-00-720-007). 
R  (c) Remove the brace tool (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-080-001). 
R  (2) If the lockstay brace tool is not available: 
R R  (a) Do a functional test of the Normal Extension and Retraction of the L/G (Ref. TASK 32-31-00-720-002).

 (1) Make sure that all the connections that you have moved are tightened, and that there are no hydraulic leaks.

 Put the safety barriers in position.

 Make sure that the ground safety locks are installed on the landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).

 On the panel 400VU:

 -make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
 -put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.

 (4)
 Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the brakes.

 (5)
 Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to pressurize the hydraulic systems.
