A. Safety Precautions
(1)
Make sure that the safety barriers are in position.
(2)
Make sure that the warning notice is on the ground service connection to tell persons not to pressurize the Green and Yellow hydraulic systems.
(3)
On the panel 400VU:
-
make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
-
make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the access platform is below the applicable MLG lockstay at zone 731 or 741.
(2)
Make sure that the aircraft is lifted on jacks (Ref. TASK 07-11-00-581-001).
(3)
Make sure that the applicable hydraulic systems are depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(4)
Make sure that the applicable hydraulic reservoirs are depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
