LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
(1)
Remove and discard the cable tie (8). Remove the cover (7).
(2)
Remove and discard the cotter pin (15).
(3)
Remove the nut (14) and the bolt (16).
(4)
Hold the torque link pin (6) with the TORQUE REACTION ADAPTOR (460007242) and remove the nut (13) and the spacer (12).
(5)
Hold the bottom torque link assembly and remove:

the torque link pin (6)
-
the sleeve (11)
-
the spacer (10).
(6)
Carefully lower the bottom torque link assembly.
(7)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (1).
(8)
Remove the bolts (1) and the washers (2).

(10) Remove the spacer (4), the spacer assembly (3) and the sleeve (9) from the top torque link assembly.

LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
(1)
Remove and discard the cable tie (4). Remove the cover (5).
(2)
Remove and discard the cotter pin (20).
(3)
Remove the nut (21), the washer (22) and the bolt (19).
(4)
Hold the torque link pin (3) with the TORQUE REACTION ADAPTOR (460007242) and remove the nut (18) and the spacer (17).
(5)
Hold the bottom torque link assembly and remove the torque link pin (3), the sleeve (16), the spacer (15) and the sleeve (7).
(6)
Carefully lower the bottom torque link assembly.
(7)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (9) and (10).
(8)
Remove the bolts (9) and the washers (8).
(9)
Remove the bolts (10) and the washers (11).
(10)
Remove the bolts (13), the washers (14) and the bracket (12).
(11)
Carefully remove the torque link damper (2).
(12)
Remove the spacer (1) and the shaped spacer (6).

CAUTION : WHEN YOU DO A MAINTENANCE TASK THAT USES COMMON GREASE, USE ONLY
_______ GREASES OF THE SAME SPECIFICATION (IT IS PERMITTED TO USE DIFFERENT BRANDS IF THEIR SPECIFICATIONS ARE THE SAME). DO NOT MIX GREASES THAT HAVE CLAY THICKENERS WITH GREASES THAT HAVE LITHIUM THICKENERS. THIS MIXTURE CAN CHANGE THE LUBRICATION PROPERTIES OF THE GREASE. IF YOU USE GREASES OF DIFFERENT TYPES (SPECIALLY THOSE WITH CLAY THICKENERS AND LITHIUM THICKENERS), DECREASE THE SERVICE INTERVALS OF THE AIRCRAFT (BY HALF, FOR EXAMPLE) SPECIFIED IN THE MAINTENANCE PLANNING DOCUMENT. DO THIS FOR APPROXIMATELY THREE OR FOUR SERVICES (REFER TO YOUR IN-SERVICE DATA TO FIND THE NUMBER OF SERVICES BEST ADAPTED TO YOUR AIRCRAFT).
