Use the ASSEMBLY SLEEVE (460006405) to carefully install the lower bearing housing (10) on the sliding tube (11).

Install the upper bearing housing (7) on the sliding tube sub-assembly (25).

Install the upper diaphragm tube assembly (3) in the sliding tube sub-assembly (25).

Install the two-part stop (8), make sure that the pins (9) engage with the key-ways in the sliding tube sub-assembly (25).

Use the PIN SPANNER (460007279) to torque the upper bearing housing
(7) to 60.0 m.daN (442.47 lbf.ft).

Reduce the torque on the upper bearing housing (7) to zero.

Do steps (20) and (21) two more times.

Torque the upper bearing housing (7) to between 50.0 and 60.0 m.daN

Install the lock-plate (6) in the correct position.
