A. Safety Precautions

Make sure that the safety barriers are in position.

Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).

Make sure that you obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).

On panel 400VU:

make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
