R A. Installation of the Compressor Return Duct
R (1) Apply a small amount of LOCTITE SILICOMET, or equivalent, to the
R threads of the screws (3) and (9).
R (2) Apply a small amount of GREASE NEVER SEEZ NSB16, or equivalent, to
R the threads of the screws (8).
R (3) Make sure that the preformed packings (11) and (13) are in position
R on the compressor return duct (4).
R (4) Carefully put the compressor return duct (4) in position on the air
R cycle machine (14).
R (5) Install the washers (10) and the screws (9).
R (6) Put the yoke (1) in position and install the washers (2) and the
R screws (3).
R (7) TORQUE the screws (3) and (9) to between to 0.25 m.daN (22.12 lbf.in)
R and to 0.3 m.daN (26.54 lbf.in).
R (8) Put the yokes (7) together with the shims (6) and the spacers (5) in
R position and install the screws (8) and the nuts (12).
R (9) TORQUE the screws (8) to between to 0.25 m.daN (22.12 lbf.in) and to
R 0.3 m.daN (26.54 lbf.in).

R B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit

R (1) FOR 10HM1
