Tighten the bolts (204) that attach the left diffuser-seal air vent-tube (203) and the bracket (206) to the diffuser case to 65-85 pound-inches (7.3-9.6 newton-meters). 1) Without loosening, tighten the bolts again until the
necessary torque is kept.
(p)
Tighten the bolts (215, 220) that attach the left diffuser-seal air vent-tube (203) and the bracket (224) to the HPC rear case to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7 newton-meters). 1) Without loosening, tighten the bolts again until the
necessary torque is kept.
(q)
Safety the bolts (204, 215 and 220) with lockwire or safety cable and safety cable ferrule.
(r)
Tighten the bolt (211) that attaches the clamp (210) of the left diffuser-seal air vent-tube (203) to the fuel injector bracket to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).
(s)
Lubricate the threads of the bolts (205, 213 and 218) with engine oil.
(t)
Attach the clamp (207) of the vent tube for the No. 3 bearing (208) to the bracket (206) with the bolt (205) and nut (209). 1) Tighten the nut (209) to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5
newton-meters).
(u)
Attach the clamp (217) of the PT4.95 tube to the bracket (224) with the bolt (218) and nut (216). 1) Tighten the nut (216) to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5
newton-meters).
(v)
Attach the clamp (214) of the air shutoff valve signal-tube (226) to the bracket (224) with the bolt (213) and nut (225). 1) Tighten the nut (225) to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5
newton-meters).
H. Return the Aircraft to its Usual Condition

For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close
this circuit breaker:
(a)
P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) 6L10 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 1
2) 6L11 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 2
3) 6L12 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 3
4) 6L13 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 4

For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close
these circuit breakers:

1) 6F1 IGN 1 ENG 1
2) 6F2 IGN 1 ENG 2
