(h)  
Attach the manifold (135) and bracket (138) with the bolts (139) to the bracket bolted to the fluid pressure dampener (ENGINES PRE-PW-SB 79-86) or to the adapter assembly (ENGINES POST-PW-SB 79-86), which is mounted on the top of the lubrication and scavenge oil pump. 1) Tighten the bolts (139) with your hand.

 (i)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts (141, 144, 146, 148), which attach the clamps (143, 150), with engine oil.

 (j)  
Attach the manifold (135) to the oil pump bracket with the bolts (141, 144), clamp (143) and nuts (142, 145).

 (k)  
Attach the manifold (135) to the bracket between the fuel injectors 12 and 13, with the bolts (146, 148), clamp (150) and nuts (147, 149).

 (l)  
Tighten the bolts (141, 144, 146, 148) to 36-40 pound-inches (4.0-4.5 newton-meters).

 (m)  
Tighten the bolts (139) to 62-72 pound-inches (7.0-8.1 newton-meters).

 (n)  
Hold the elbow of the manifold (135) and tighten the tube nut (136) to 650-700 pound-inches (73.4-79.1 newton-meters). 1) Safety the tube nut (136) with lockwire or safety cable and

 safety cable ferrule.

 (o)  
Connect the harness connector (140), W5P13, to the oil temperature sensor of the No.3 bearing. 1) Connect the lugs of the harness connector (140), W5P13, to


 the studs on the oil temperature sensor and loosely install the nuts.
 CAUTION: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE NUTS OF THE HARNESS CONNECTOR TO
_______ MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM TORQUE. TOO MUCH TORQUE ON THE STUDS OF THE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR CAN LOOSEN OR DAMAGE THE STUDS.
 2) Tighten the nuts on the alumel studs (larger studs) to 18-22 pound-inches (2.0-2.5 newton-meters). 3) Tighten the nuts on the chromel studs (larger studs) to 15-18 pound-inches (1.7-2.0 newton-meters).

 (7)  
Attach the heat shield (112) to the engine with the steps that follow (Fig. 402, View D):

 (a)  
Install the heat shield (112) to the brackets with the screws (110) and washers (111) and the bolt (113), washer (115), and nut (114). 1) Tighten the screws (110) and the nut (114).

 (8)  
Install the IDG (AMM 24-11-01/401).

H. Return the Aircraft to its Usual Condition

For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:

 (a)  
P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) 6L10 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 1
 2) 6L11 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 2
 3) 6L12 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 3
 4) 6L13 FUEL CONT VALVE ENG 4

 (2)  
For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

 (a)  
P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) 6F1 IGN 1 ENG 1
 2) 6F2 IGN 1 ENG 2
 3) 6F3 IGN 1 ENG 3
 4) 6F4 IGN 1 ENG 4
 5) 6K19 IGN 2 ENG 1
 6) 6K20 IGN 2 ENG 2
 7) 6K21 IGN 2 ENG 3
 8) 6K22 IGN 2 ENG 4
 9) 6G19 STBY IGN ENG 1
 10) 6G20 STBY IGN ENG 2
 11) 6G21 STBY IGN ENG 3
 12) 6G22 STBY IGN ENG 4

 WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN AMM 78-31-00/201 WHEN YOU CLOSE THE
_______ THRUST REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
 (3)  
Close the thrust reversers (AMM 78-31-00/201).

 (4)  
Close the core cowl panels (AMM 71-11-06/201).

 (5)  
Close the fan cowl panels (AMM 71-11-04/201).
