If you will remove the No. 20 fuel injector, remove the No. 4 turbine-vane cooling-air duct (AMM 75-24-02/401).

ENGINES PRE-PW-SB 73-106; If you will remove the No. 20 fuel injector, remove the bolt (65) and nut (64) which attach the tube clamp (63) on the PT4.95 sense tube to the bracket (9).

(c) (d)  ENGINES POST-PW-SB 73-106; If you will remove the No. 20 fuel injector, remove the bolt (65) which attaches the tube clamp (63) on the PT4.95 sense tube to the bracket (9).If you will remove the No. 21 fuel injector, do the steps that follow:
 (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j)  1) Remove the bolts (68, 77) and washers (67, 76) which attach the tube clamps (66, 75) on the pneumatic tube. 2) Remove the screws (70, 80) and washers (69, 79) which attach the ground straps (71, 78). 3) Remove the bolt (73) and nut (74) which attach the tube clamp (72) on the air vent for the diffuser seal to the bracket (8).Put the container below the fuel manifold (4).Disconnect the supply tube (1) from the fuel manifold (4).Disconnect the fuel manifold (4) from all three fuel injectors (5).Remove the fuel manifold (4) from the engine. 1) Install caps on the openings of the fuel manifold (4). 2) Discard the packings (20).Remove the transfer tube (2) from the supply tube (1). 1) Discard the packings (3) from the transfer tube (2).For the No. 20 fuel injector, remove the bolts (21) which attach the fuel injector (5) and the bracket (9) to the diffuser and combustor case.
 (k)  For the No. 21 fuel injector, remove the bolts (21) which attach the fuel injector (5) and the brackets (7, 8) to the diffuser and combustor case.
 (l)  Remove the fuel injector (5), the applicable brackets (7 or 8 and 9) and the gasket (19) from the engine.
 NOTE:____ Turn or lift the fuel injector, as it is necessary, to disengage the fuel injector from the diffuser and combustor case.
 1)  Discard the gasket (19).

Prepare to Remove the No. 22, 23 or 24 Fuel Injector and Support

 (1)  Make sure the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch is in the CUTOFF position.

 WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS FOR THE ENGINE IGNITION
_______ BEFORE YOU OPEN THE FUEL CONT VALVE. THE IGNITER PLUGS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FIRE IF YOU ARE OUT OF ZERO DETENT, NACELLE ANTI-ICE IS ON, CON IGNITION SWITCH IS SET TO "ON", OR ENGINE START SWITCH IS PULLED TO "ON". IF THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER HAS FUEL IN IT, AN INTERNAL ENGINE OR A TAILPIPE FIRE CAN OCCUR. THE FIRE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
 (2)  
For the applicable engine, open these circuit breakers and install the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
