(a) If the 28VDC is available at pin A of the supply cable connector:
- replace the ACTUATOR-JET PUMP 2 CONTROL VALVE, CTR TK (12QL).
1 Do the test given in Para 3.A.

(b) If the 28VDC is not available at pin A of the supply cable connector:
1 Check/replace the RELAY-AUTO CTL No. 2 CTR TK (8QL).

2 Do the test given in Para 3.A.
_
3 If the fault continues:
_
- check/replace the P/BSW-FUEL/CTR TK/R XFR (6QL).
4 Do the test given in Para 3.A.
_
5 If the fault continues:
_
- check/replace the C/B-FUEL/CTR TK/L & R XFR/CTL & IND (2QL).
6 If the fault continues do a wiring check (Ref. ASM 28-26/01)
_
on:
- the aircraft wiring between the pin A, of the actuator supply cable connector and the terminal B3, of the relay (8QL).
- the aircraft wiring between the terminal B2, of the relay (8QL) and the terminal B1, of the P/BSW (6QL)
- aircraft wiring between the terminal B3, of the P/BSW (6QL) and the C/B (2QL).
7 Repair/replace all the unserviceable wiring and connectors.

8 Do the test given in Para 3.A.

Aug 01/05 CESR B. Test R R During aircraft operations on the ground and in flight, it is possible R for fuel to get into the vent/surge-tank. If this occurs during normal R (serviceable) operation the clack valves let the fuel move back into the R related wing-tank. R R If the two clack valves 214QM and 216QM become unserviceable, in the R closed position, fuel can collect in the related vent/surge-tank. The R collected fuel quantity will increase (cumulatively in separate, R successive additions) until the status of the related sensor 28QJ1 R changes from dry to wet. R R This can cause the two related results that follow: R - the ECAM warning 'FUEL L WING TK OVERFLOW' will be given, if in an R applicable flight phase R - the P/BSW-FUEL/CTR TK/L XFR (5QL) FAULT legend will light, if it was R set to the on (pushed in) position.
R NOTE : The FAULT legend of the P/BSW-5QL can come on in the AUTO or the
____ R MAN (fuel transfer) configuration.
R In the left wing it can also cause the fuel level to increase until it is R above the level of the center-tank vent (duct/outlet-pipe at RIB22). R Gravity can then cause fuel flow through the center-tank vent and into R the center tank (Ref. TASK 28-12-00-810-801). R
