R (8) Replace the ACTUATOR-FUEL CROSSFEED VALVE (5QE) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-23-R 51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-23-51-400-001).
R (9) Do a check (Ref. ASM 28-23/01) of the P/BSW-FUEL/X FEED (4QE) and, if
R necessary, replace it.
R (10) Do a check of the applicable aircraft wiring (Ref. ASM 28-23/01) as
R follows:
R (a) If the actuator 5QE motor 1:
R 1_ Does not turn to the open position:
R - do a wiring check between the P/BSW-4QE, terminal A1 and the
R connector 5QE-A, pin A.
R 2_ Does not turn to the close position:
R - do a wiring check between the P/BSW-4QE, terminal A2 and the
R connector 5QE-A, pin C.

R (b) If the actuator 5QE motor 2:
R 1_ Does not turn to the open position:
R - do a wiring check between the P/BSW-4QE, terminal B1 and the
R connector 5QE-B, pin A.
R 2_ Does not turn to the close position:
R - do a wiring check between the P/BSW-4QE, terminal B2 and the
R connector 5QE-B, pin C.
R (c) Repair all the unserviceable wiring and connectors (Ref. ESPM 20-
R 00-00).
R (11) Do the test given in Para. 3.B.
R (12) If the fault continues, replace the VALVE-FUEL CROSSFEED (10QM) (Ref.
R AMM TASK 28-23-41-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-23-41-400-001).

R (2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and
R standard tools and all other items.
