(1) On the ENG/APU FIRE PANEL (1WD) located on the overhead panel 20VU, make sure that the ENG 2 FIRE PUSH pushbutton switch (P/BSW) is in the closed and guarded position.
(2) On the ECAM Control Panel 11VU, push (in) the FUEL P/BSW to get the FUEL system page on the ECAM lower display unit (DU).
(3) Set the ENG/MASTER 2 (2KC) switch (panel 115VU) to OFF.
(4) Examine the ENG 2 LP fuel valve symbol on the FUEL system page.
(5) Examine the see/feel indicator on the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 2 (10QG). (Ref. P. Block 301).
(6) If the FUEL page shows the ENG 2 LP fuel valve symbol as an amber cross line, and the see/feel indicator on the ENG 2 LP fuel valve shows that the valve is closed:
- maintenance steps are not necessary.

4. Fault Isolation

A. If the FUEL page shows the ENG 2 LP fuel valve symbol as amber, in line, and the see/feel indicator on the ENG 2 LP fuel valve shows that the valve is open. (Ref. P. Block 301).
(1) Examine for obvious signs of damage the items that follow:
- the actuator supply cables and end connectors
- the actuator electrical recepticals
- the cable looms next to the actuators.
NOTE : Right Wing Wire Routing (Ref. AWM 94-06-02).

(2) Repair/replace all the unserviceable wiring and connectors.
(3) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(4) Disconnect the electrical supply cable connector 10QG-A from the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 2 (10QG).
(5) With a multimeter do a test to see if the 28VDC supply is available at the connector 10QG-A between the pins as shown in the table below.

(6) Disconnect the electrical supply cable connector 10QG-B from the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 2 (10QG).
(7) With a multimeter do a test to see if the 28VDC supply is available at the connector 10QG-B between the pins as shown in the table below.

(a) If the supply voltage at each connector, Steps (5), and (7) are correct:
1 Replace the ACTUATOR-LP FUEL VALVE, ENG 2 (10QG), (Ref. AMM
_ TASK 28-24-51-000-001), and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-24-51-400-001).

2_ If the fault continues:
- replace the VALVE-LP FUEL, ENG 2 (13QM), (Ref. AMM TASK 28-
24-41-000-001), and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-24-41-400-001).
(b) If the supply voltage at each connector, Steps (5), and (7) are not correct:
1 Check/replace the CONTROL SWITCH-ENG/MASTER 2 (2KC), (part of
_ ENG PNL 115VU).
2 Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
